It was an automated message offering credit card reduction services, asking call receiver to press '1' for a live rep. When I got the live rep, I claimed to have a problem, and asked for assistance, then was hung up on. I have recieved similar calls from differing numbers in the past, and have asked to be removed from their list.

Looked up number online and found numerous complaints of scamming on phone # reporting sites. Most report that the callers want credit card information and say they can "lower payments." They don't name the company they're supposedly calling for. ... PLUS ... My credit is really good, so is my credit score. I don't use multiple credit cards. I've been getting calls like this for months. They're illegal. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry. They're calling my cell phone. I've asked them numerous times to remove me. It never works. These phishing calls are ILLEGAL!! Please help me and stop this.
