A recorded message alleged that "card services" could lower my interest rate to 6.4% or lower and this should be considered my "final offer". I was directed to Press #1. A woman answered and asked if I had pressed #1 to reduce my rate. When I replied "No, I wanted to ask to be removed from their call list", she hung up on me.

They told me that I could lower my monthly credit card interest rates and that they have a formal agreement with Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card to assist consumers in lowering their interest rate.

They told me that it was my "final offer for a bringing my credit card interest rates down to as low as 6.9%" They have called me at least once a week for the last year with a "final offer." It is clearly a scam as they asked me to give them my credit card numbers over the phone.

Some sort of credit card protection. The message prompted to hit "1" to speak to a live operator. I hit 1 because I wanted to make sure my cell phone was on their do-not-call list. As sooon as they answered, I started to identify this number as a do-not-call number, but they hung up on my before I could get any acknowledgement.

Lower Credit Card Interest Rate, I waited on the phone (prerecorded message). Told me to press 1 to talk to someone, so I pressed 1 and when the operator came on I asked "Why are you calling my cell phone", the operator then promptly hung up the phone.
