Reducing rates on credit card. I have received hundreds of these call on my home phone in the past several years, (and have complained to fcc obviously a waste of time). Have told them not to call dozens of times--they merely hang up. MY CELL PHONE NUMBER IS NOT USED FOR OR GIVEN TO ANY CONTACT OTHER THAN FAMILY THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO LEGITIMATE WAY THIS OR ANY OTHER COMPANY CAN CALL IT

Have received dozens of these calls over the last few weeks on my cell, each time from a different #, so it can't be blocked. This is an MCI/Tracphone #. The guy buys these in small blocks and uses them up, then moves on, so the numbers can't be blocked. I found a # the the Tracphone management office and called them (866-234-4357). I told the woman that I'm receiving the same robocall from "Rachel" several times a day, each time with a different Tracphone number, so its impossible to block it. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I asked her if they started getting dozens of calls a day about this guy if they might do something then. She wasn't sure. Lets find out. Credit Card Services. They miss lead you to think they are call from your credit card company and leave you with the impression you must talk to them.

I have received this same call from several different numbers over the past 6-8 months on both my Cell phone and Home phone. Always identify as Credit Card Services, always hang up on me in the middle of my sentence asking to be removed from their call list.

They stated they were calling to lower my Chase credit card interest rate. When I waited to speak to them, I asked them to take me off their list and they hung up on me - they've called about 10 times. I called Chase and they said it is not them.
