Demanding that I take advantage of the credit card interest rates NOW or face Federal charges and prosecutions. No one to cantact to inform them to stop calling because I'm on the Do not call list! I do not have any credit cards.

The call indicates it is in reference to your credit card. You have to press one to talk to someone to lower your interest rate. When a person comes on and you tell them you have requested they not call you to remove you from the list they just hang up on you.
