when picked up they asked formally if they can talk to me by using my mispronounced name. i hung up. i called back. they picked up the call very fast, mumbled the company name, asked me for my name stating really fast that calls may be monitored for quality. i hung up again.
i called again to check for company name, the voice on the other side is exactly the same. company name was "transworld incorporated."
