They call 6 times a day. It must be an automated dialer. If I answer, it takes about 5 seconds before they begin to say anything.

They are claiming to be Chase Bank, but no one at the actual card member service for Chase 1-800-537-7783 is aware of them. They are an unaffiliated collection agency. I reported it to FTC and others. Appears to be an ID Theft Scam. I put fraud alerts on all my accounts.
