I have filed complaints about this company with FTC, FCC, Attorney General and Do Not Call. They are a scam. I contacted my banker to verify my accounts and all is well - this caller claims there is a problem with accounts when there isn't. I agree with the post above - it appears to be phishing. I would suggest reporting them (online forms for all 4 of the above).

I cannot remember what the 407 call was about. The 801 recording told me I won a free cruise and vacation. I did not listen to the entire latter call, so I did not obtain any contact info that may have been included in the recording.

Call constantly any time of day - every day - never leave a message. Do not and will not answer. I have no connection with them.

I have been getting the same calls to contact my son. They won't give me any message for him. I told them last night I knew they were a scam company and not to call again and they called this morning. so I blocked their number and reported them with the do not call list

How annoying receiving calls day in and day out. Unbelievable that people actually wanna deal with these crooks!!!!! It says chase and shows 1 407-771-0978 on the caller ID.

They've been calling our house since 2 weeks now. Every single day pretty much at the same time even though we are on the "not to call list" They'll not leave a message, it shows chase on the caller ID. Wish there would be a way to stop this scam.

Comes up as BOCS in caller ID. Never answered and don't plan to. Started this morning. I live in Florida close to this location. No such entity exists. At first I thought maybe a debt collector calling my call waiting number by mistake. I have had that problem before and had to change my call waiting number. Every hour on the hour.

They are constantly calling day and night. When I called back it said chase card services and then asked me to enter my 16 digits card number. I did not enter the number, and I hung up. I think this is a scam!

This is NOT Chase, and is NOT affiliated with Chase bank, but in fact "Chase USA". They are operating under the guise they "are Chase" yet when I talked to Chase this morning, they did NOT ask me for my account information, which this "Chase USA" DID. I then asked Chase bank themselves if they would ever ask me for any personal information, she stated that they would NEVER ask for that information, because guess what? It populates when you call them! "Chase USA" requires you to give them a number or account information, because they ARE STARING AT BLANK SCREENS UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF" Classic phishing scam. Do not give them anything, they are not Chase bank, they are Chase USA. Also they will tell you Chase "lied to you" No company does that to itself. Idiots.

they spoke to my friend when he answered, but they wouldn't identify problem (?). they wanted me to call them back. i have no account with CHASE - never have, but they call every day - several times a day & don't leave any voice mail. I tried to call them - & didn't get to speak to anyone. They just wanted my 16 digit card number - duh! What a scam.
