No messages left just call and hangs up

They have called several times I have ask 5 diffrent people to put me on their do not call list, and have assured by 5 different people that they will do it. I have filed complaints against them and they re still calling. This is the Florida Energy Co. "Save money on your energy bills".

They also call me on a regular basis, I do not answer calls from people that I do not know. Am really tired of all of the phone calls.
