They won't answer

This number has called me over 20 times in the last month. The call is from Fresno, CA and it is called Direct Buy. I have told them repeatedly "I am Not Interested but they just Keep Calling! I put the number in my Reject list and they continue to call, but my phone doesn't ring for them any more, they just get to talk to my voice mail. Never the less what a Pain in the Tush. I would love to know where they are, as in address, so that I can have some words Face to Face and convince them to quit calling. Any suggestions?

Very pushy sales call, I told them no thank you, remove me from your list, and do not call me again. I hung up and they called me back!!!! I was pissed off and told him yet again no thank you and if they called back I will call the police. They called me again today!!! Trying to figure out where to file a something against them, maybe harrasment.
