Called my Cell -on the national do not call list. No body there -hang up.
DO NOT CALL THESE NUMBERS BACK -some will be to an off-shore # that charges something like $20 or more/ min and you might end up on hold w/ music or something even.
Just don't call these kind of calls back. I'm using AVG on my phone to block further calls & reporting to the Nat DNC list.
