About a Florida vacation package....Man was a jerk when I told him to remove me his scam list...said he did not have too and that I could not talk to him in the manner I did and I told him did not ask for him to call me.

Pre-recorded call was advertising travel services. I pressed one to speak with a live person. When "Eric" came on, I asked him for his company's name, address, and a contact phone number. He said "how about not". I said under the Federal TCPA he was required to give it to me. He said if I had ever ordered anything like a pizza from anyone then by doing so I had removed myself from the national do-not-call list. He said "look it up", then hung up on me.
