So rude voice of a woman, telling us PG&E will increase the price
Calls leaves no message - hangs up.
Keeps on calling every few days, doesn't say anything, and leaves a message of a few seconds of silence. Was called a few weeks ago by a number very similar to this one (just the last 2 digits were a few off), and it was someone claiming to be from PG&E, but after a brief discussion, they said I wasn't eligible for whatever it was they were pitching.
