this was my 2nd and final notice to reduce my credit card rate. When a live person came on I asked for company name. They hung up.

The recording offered a reduction in my credit card rate. Live person answered after pressing 9 but hung up after I said I had a question. Just like the other 7 to 10 plus times they have called. I reported to donotcall.gov but that is doing no good. This is a scam call.
