SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Was searching for a room to let in Katy TX area via roommates.com - potential property of interest came up and I got a call back a few hours later. First call was from a 310 area code, then he called back from 408-335-4375 and left me a message. The number is disconnected. Trying to get deposit on a room to rent sent via WU to him before he'll take me to see the property. Sent me photos of a house that is listed on MLS and obviously not in the neighborhood where the room is supposed to be. Now it's a luxury house!! Not a room in a modest back area of Texas. SCAM Artist!!!
