I was not home, they left no left message. I do not know who is this. These people have no right to call me. Someone said it was eBAY. I didn't give my phone number to eBay. This phone number has no right to call me, BLOCKED.

After obtaining the Ebay Customer Service phone number from www.contactcustomerservicenow.com, I was offered a $100 Promotion Reward costing only $3.00 for S/H. Credit info required and since handed off from Ebay (866)540-9266 all seemed okay. But, I was unable to get complete call back number - I again called Ebay to verify purchase and advised no record existed of $$3.00 charge or Promotion Offer. I then called my credit card company to "Void" my credit card to prevent fraud or false charges. Ebay authorized personnel advise, they are not allowed to collect personal info like credit card number or security card code. Be alert so as to prevent a similar event in the future.

I didn't answer the call, I have nothing listed for sale, I'm not bidding on anything and they left no message. Also I did not give Ebay my phone number!

When a seller is listing an item on ebay they maybe asked to enter a verification pin. This is the number that the verification service uses to provide the seller with their pin.
