Calls several times a day to both cell and work. Leaves messages saying they will come to place of employment and arrest me for fraud.They say this is the last chance and have been calling for several months. I have repeatly told them to quit calling me and the calls continue I was able to block on cell but work phone is just that a BUSINESS phone. There needs to be something done with these people. First off LEARN ENGLISH

I returned the call and he said he was from the litigation department of Payday One and loan company and that I owe them $475. I never have taken out a loan from them and I said so. He wanted to know if I wanted to pay it today, and I said I never too out this loan. He said they would resolve it in the courts, and I told him to do so. I have had several of these calls and they are all from people who can barely speak English, so I hardly think they are US lawyers.

Calls daily, leaves no message.

Calling claiming that I defaulted on a cash advance. Told repeatedly that they are wrong and to stop calling. Refusing to listen. Added to my blacklist.
