Yes - just received message and called it back. A guy said his name was Edward K Marshall and that the IRS has filed legal action against me including seizing all of my assets, my driver's license, credit cards if I do not resolve balance of $4,998.46. Said charges include willful deception of a tax return, violation of tax regulations, sec. 101A miscalculation of tax amount due etc.

Called twice in one day... Tape is so bad couldn't tell who it was from, just that there may be legal consequences....
Caller: IRS?
Says they will take legal action.
Message claims they are the IRS.
