Get calls from this number several times a day. It does say Microsoft. Today I answered but no one was there. At least they've caught on and now claim to be Microsoft. Previously I received many calls from people with Middle Eastern accents claiming to be calling from "Windows". My response was that I don't even have a computer but I reported every number to the FTC.

Got another call from this phone number with a caller ID of Microsoft again today. They are a scam. DO NOT answer or return call!!!
