This is an Indian job recruiter, called IDC Technologies, located in Milpitas/ San Jose, California. Their "recruiters" continue to call me about out-of-state jobs that don't match my skills. I have told them that I will not do business with them and stop calling, yet they continue to call. I'm not sure why they can't take "no" for answer. They previously called me on these dates with the following phone numbers:
