NOT A LANDLINE- IT'S A VOIP- HIDING... NO MESSAGES LEFT, AND THEY REP AT&T- ? WHY CALLING ME, MY AT&T ACCOUNT IS IN GOOD STANDING...

I have been getting phone calls from this# & this morning I got another one, as it was the calls before no message Left..
So, I tracked down the Company name & with that research it appears to be a collection agency on behalf of AT&T- I am baffled, because I have up to date account standing with my AT&T landline number & internet + the new DirectTvNow. The Bill is paid every month via automatic payments set up.
I'm frustrated and fed up with the calls and no voicemail left,,, & when I see that I have missed their incoming calls- BTW they are using the same area code to have the appearance that it's a long history & say landline number BUT! WITH THE COMPLETED RESEARCH, I HAVE DETERMINED THAT THEY ARE A VOIP CALL SYSTEM- in my investigation I have also confirmed that the shady business practices are that they have several#s - so that when one gets an incoming call it's believed to be a local company- IT IS NOT!. I'M SUPRISED THAT A REPORT HAS NOT BEEN FILED...
THEREFORE, LET THE REPORTING TO BEGIN!
