IRS scam
He is using the name Kevin Reid now.
This is an Indian IRS Scare Tactic Scam, don't fall for it. I knew it was a scam when I heard the voicemail, but I called for fun. A guy named KEVIN SMITH (The most typical American name) with a heavy Indian accent answered. I asked who left the message on my voicemail, he said he can't tell me unless I give him the phone number where the voicemail was sent. I ask him are you the IRS, I told him every govt agency tells you who they are at the beginning of the phone call. He kept saying I can release that information until I give him my name and phone number. I told him [***] YOU and I will be outside to for the police to come.
IRS scam. IRS never contacts you via phone, they always use physical mail.
Here is the voicemail transcript that was left by this phone number. "
