I told them to put me on the do not call list and dude goes "WTF" except with the real words, so I said excuse me and he told me to "FO" so I reported them to the FTC.

you call back it's busy

I asked if it was as solicitation call. I believe they lied when they said no. they hung up on me the second they found it I had solar. Very rude.
