Did not take call looked up first

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by refusing to provide a physical address or phone number when asked. They are calling marketing their web design and development and app development services as an overseas outsourcer. This is clearly a scam, as a legitimate outsourcer would use legitimate and above the board methods to market and find clients. Do not provide this scammer any information.
