Fake health insurance company number. They said that by not wanting to buy that I was committing fraud.
An unknown number to me - therefore, I answer by clearing my throat & then whistling. My gesture to lazy mankind using an automated or assisted electronic device to dial a number. Yes, if you lack courage/ fortitude / the balls - to actually dial a number & say hello when the person you call answers , welcome to my no voice reply response. They must be afraid of my use of the ' remove me from your calling list' option.
I looked up the number and it says it belongs to Salazar automotive. Call came in at 9:39AM EST. California is 3 hours behind east coast so I'm assuming the number has been hijacked and being used on an IP address ghosting the number for scams.
