Received a call from this number in B.C., Canada. Not spam. The call was an automated verification from Capital One with a pass code to confirm I was accessing my Capital One account. I was using a computer not normally used to access it.

Rec'd call afternoon of 5/7. I didn't answer and no message was left. CID showed phone # and "San Jose, CA."
