This scammer continues to call numbers on the national do not call list, violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They continue to call even after being repeatedly asked to remove the number from their lists, further violating the TCPA. They fail to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, still further violating the TCPA, and the play a recorded message without an operator on the line, yet further violating the TCPA. In addition, they fail to provide a phone number and address when asked, further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim will start making thousands of dollars every week starting in 10 days just by following the scammer's guidelines and using their marketing system, with nothing to sell and no people to harass. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal information.
