Called me said they could lower my credit card, told them I didn't have one. He then asked why I was calling him then, I told him he called me. He then told me I was a fucking piece of shit . I told him to go back where he came from and he hung up.

This company called me and I spoke with a representative to ask them to take me off their list and he told me (very rudely) that they do not have that capability. I said I have worked as a telemarketer doing cold calls and know for a fact that it is illegal for you to not take someone off the call list when they ask you. he started yelling at me telling me he doesn't have that capability. I then asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and he said there was no one there and started talking over me again. I told him I asked for a manager 4 times please connect me to someone. he said there was no one and then went back to yelling at me. I told him I was going to call the BBB about this company and he told me to go ahead. He kept yelling so I hung up on him. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU, THERE IS A NO CALL LIST FOR A REASON!

Called me at 5:39 PM on Wednesday, 5/11/2016. Caller ID says the number is from Beaumont, TX. They did not leave a message. I called the number back and got nothing but a fast busy signal. I have blocked the number.

They called and I did not answer. They did not leave a voicemail.

i answered and put it on mute, no one said anything so it was a showdown at the OK corral...They hung up first! Winner!

Credit Card Services, 409-299-6019 Due to a loss of income we can not always make our mortgage payment on time. I find that when we are late calls from different number leave a message This is Credit Card Services, nothing is wrong with your credit card but we can help you lower your rates, etc. When I have tried to call back to say better not be since I do not have a credit card, it always goes to a voice mail box that is full. I think these calls are tied to Wells Fargo but I can't prove it.
