Called twice and said it was a State Medical Department. I could barley understand him as he didn't speak English well. I told him not to call me back and he called me right back.

This number has contacted me twice. First was from "Medical Department" saying that I had been awarded "big moneys" for some disability that I don't have. When I told this woman that didn't speak English well at all, she hung up on me. The second time was a man from "State Medical Department" so I told him to never call me back. This is a phishing scam where they try to tell you that you have been awarded "big moneys," for their lack of any knowledge of the English language, so that they can try to get some sort of fee from you. SCAM!!!!
