They wanted to ship me a free medical alert system that most likely come with a monthly service charge. But the message was pre recorded.

Some "Med-Alert System similar to the "Help, I've fallen and can't get up" product seen on TV.

Free life alert, already paid for. My elderly parents live with me and I'm sure they thought it was them. Too many calls to record.

Medical Emergency Alert System, supposedly pre-paid by someone who knows me. The caller was insistent about bringing this sysstem to us. After some internet checking it seems this caller has several complaints and is targeting elderly people.

Calls are continually coming about medical alert pendants offered from 410 246 1671 which is actually a locksmith shop according to her Ch 9 News. She believes to be scamming in that he is after personal information and spoofing as well.

Pre-paid do not fall medical device. Supposedly pre-ordered and paid for which included shipping. Even if one "presses 5" which is supposed to enable the recipient to be removed from their lists, it doesn't work.

Something called "life alert". The caller (live male voice) insists that the system "has already been paid for" (not true), and only needs arrangements for shipping. Caller has called at least 7 times previously over the past month. He talks on without stopping, refusing to listen to me. I can only talk over him. After I hung up, on two occasions, I called the number on the caller id, and spoke to two different individuals, who promised there would be no more calls. But there still are. Today I said I would report the calls to the FCC, and he hung up. I think they are trying to fool senior citizens into thinking they can get something for free, and to bilk Medicare for the cost of the system, whatever it is.

The message stated that an emergency response system was purchased and that to accept I must press a number.
