This guy calls our office at least once a week and has actually started name dropping our warehouse manager (not like we have called ID to see its him calling). When asking what the call is in regards to, he freaks out, yells, and hangs up. Today's phone call ended by him saying, "this is f****** ridiculous! I'm gonna come the f*** down to your office!". So far, no man has came to our office. This guy is persistent and nuts!

This man continuously calls our office wanting to speak with our shop supervisor or owner of the company. He refuses to identify himself or what the call is in regards to. When we say no one is available to take his call he starts screaming, swearing and insulting you. Who does this person work for and why is he still getting away with making these types of calls to people? Again, we have received numerous calls from this number and are fed up with being harassed.

Caller: He would not provide a name but the first call came through on our caller ID as 410-356-4432. The second time he called to scream and swear he called from a private number.

This guy has repeatedly called asking for our "shop surpervisor." Each time, I tell him that he is not available because we really don't have one. This guy starts freaking out! Not a very nice person and if he was selling something, we would not buy from him anyway!

This guy calls our office a lot asking for Dean, whom we've never had an employee by that name. Then he asks for our Operations Manager and we explain to him that he's not in the office and ask to take a message. He always asks for a cell phone number but we do not give those out. He then begins to get extremely rude and has hung up on us each time he calls. His number comes up on our caller ID as "DISTR CTR" from 410-356-4432.

Seems like this same person calls us a lot but never leaves a name. Today he identified himself as "Rick Samuels". Calls and asks for our maintenance supervisor by name. When we let him know he is unavalable by phone and can only be reached by radio, he demands to speak with our general manager. When that is unsucessful, he completely changes his demeanor and begins with the rude remarks and insults. Never tells us what he wants, what the call is in regards to, just demands to speak to a couple people by name then freaks out on you when he receives the answer he wasn't looking for.

Came up on "DISTR CTR" and this phone number. Called demanding the speak to the warehouse manager. I said we don't have anyone back there right now and can someone else help him? He was extremely rude by saying "you mean to tell me your warehouse is abandoned, there's nobody back there?". I said not at this time can someone else help you? He then wanted to speak to the owner (who doesn't take these kinds of calls so I said she's not available, etc.). He said - hey listen, I'm busy and I don't have time for this, you're an idiot and hung up on me! WOW!

Called and asked for our head of maintenance, name-dropping like that was going to get him somewhere with me. I transferred him to a production supervisor's voice mail. He immediately transferred back to me and, when asked again what specifically the call is regarding, he said (and I quote), "What the fuck is your problem, dude?". Told him I didn't have time for him and to take our company off their list, then I clicked him goodbye.

Called and yelled at our receptionist when she asked what the call was regarding. Scammer.

Called our office and demanded to speak with the owner regarding a lead for a moving job. The owner wasn't around and he demanded for the owner's cell ph. I explained we cannot give out cell ph numbers and asked if I can patch him to another person that can help. He refused and insisted on getting the owner's cell ph; also said we would be missing a huge moving job opportunity if he doesn't speak with the owner directly. I stood by our company's policy and we then hung up. The caller is very rude and very adamant. Do not give in!
