Telstar Call Center 410-379-0063 called to get me to buy power from a company other then PEPCO. They stated they are not selling anything only "informing" of the options. The loop holes in the no call list need to be closed. A professional call center has the sole purpose of selling a product regardless of what they say. They need to be shut down. This is the first time Telstar has called to my knowledge. I asked them to never call again.
