I am not making the ID up. This is exactly what appeared on my screen. When I picked up, I got a long beep and then disconnected.
Caller: "Guy with a thick accent"
Only reason I answered the phone is that we're expected a few important calls. Hung up as soon as the "foreigner" started to give his spiel. Normally I'd press the "talk" button immediately followed by the "off" button during the 2nd ring.
