- They may not b considered "spam" persay, but this company is beyond reproach!! This is one of MANY phone numbers used by CHANDLER REMODELING in Cockeysville, MD. I made the mistake of having a sales rep come to our house for a free estimate on a new roof. After the vibe I got from the salesman, I decided that I did NOT want their company to do the work. I POLITELY thanked him and told him I would be in touch - this happened on May 9th, 2017. Then it started... The following day, 4 calls; 2 days later, 4 calls; 3 days later, 4 calls. This was AFTER the 1st call when I politely asked them not call me again as we went w another roofing company. The calls continued.. I sent a letter to the company in regards the harassing phone calls (at least 10 calls/voicemails left for me contained heavy breathing, foul language, etc.)
Here we are, January 31, 2018 and I am STILL receiving calls from. CHANDLER REMODELING...even after blocking them on my cell.
What I need to do is figure out where I can file a formal complaint. Besides the BBB. PLEASE let me know if you have any thoughts as to where else I should file a complaint. Do I go to the police???
