I recieved a call from the same person and he alleged the same things as to other people. He requested a payment in the amount of $4000 dollars, and that if I did not pay then I would be arrested within 30 minutes. I of course I contacted the police department and looked up all information on this company.

Officer Michael Black, Jerry Martin, John Smith, etc. These are the names this foreigner has used. He has called me multiple times including my sister-in-law about owing payments on a loan, he gave me a fax number 206337-1851 and says if I do not pay he was going to have me arrested. After my sister-in-law told him it was against the law to impersonate an officer he hung up and never called back. If this man ever calls you again ask for legal papers to be sent to you and never give any personal info over the phone.

TheI keep getting calls from them stating I owe them money, that if I didnt pay they would send the cops to arrest me, how do i get them to stop

There is no Criminal Bureau of Investigation as a collection agency. These people are professional scam artist. The mans name was Mr. Mike Duncan..and he needed to collect from an advance loan he had my brothers name my mothers last 4 digits of her social and my other brothers bank..They couldn't even get there information right about 1 person it took info from whole family. What a joke. They couldn't even tell us what the advance was on!

first he said he was officer john smith he had a forian accent and said there were complaints being filed against me from a payday loan and if i didnt give him my bank info or credit card number he would send the cops over to arrest me later he said he was sir john smith i told him if i owe someone money to send me a bill he said no no i cant get in contact with them

Received calls at 9:05 am. Left message to call him back with another no. 254-915-5248, stating he is officer John Smith and that a criminal investigation has been field with my ssn. please call back.
I do not know who are this people but I got this kind of call from 503-339-1253, 410-775-6073 x 895 in the past and threatening me to collect money and I do not owe anyone. I filed report to Henderson police and they advice me not to answer the call. I wish there is someone out there
would stop this kind behavior from this people.

Officer david johnson called stating I was going to be arrested for a payday loan. The guy threatened me and had an indian accent. He said he was with federal bureau of criminal investigation of Maryland. I called the police and I am filing a report.

I got the same message, same Officer John Smith, same foreign accent on my answering machine. I called the number and it went to the voicemail right away.

Received call at 8:24am. Left message with my first and last name. Guy with a foreign accent, stating he is officer John Smith and that a criminal investigation has been filed with my ssn. Please call back, because this call is time sensitive. When I blocked my cell phone number and called back, I asked for John Smith and gave the extension x: 489, the person hung up on me. The guy who answered had the same accent and sound of the voice of John Smith.
