This # is leading the party to believe your name has been selected to receive a grant. The caller, after expanding the "con" will give you a confomation code and a # to call, caller claims to try and varify by asking your last four to SS# and birth date. The # given to me by the spammer is 202-793-5377
They called my cell twice, a minute apart. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I had a call from a New York number a few minutes earlier which was the IRS scam.
