They still call once or twice a day, hanging up after 2 rings.

This number calls a lot. I don't answer it, but wonder if this isn't some company preying on people who have financial debt, troubles, etc. These scammers make me mad, particularly when they use names that try to sound important.
Can we figure out a way to call them constantly?

I'm getting calls from these people every day. When I see them on Caller ID, I simply don't pick up.

Very persistent little devils

Called my office at 10:40AM, when I answered I could hear voices and murmuring in the background but there was no response to my "hello."

I picture an auto dialer head set sitting on an empty desk in a Towson, MD call center. Where could the caller be? Perhaps in the bathroom? maybe taking a smoke break?
