very threatening. speak in an Indian accent. accussing me of unpaying a payday loan that I never took out.

Called me 9 times in a row in 5 minutes, obnoxious and still keep calling and they keep asking for a male and i keep telling them wrong number

I got a call from this number 410-834-2878 so many times now I can't even keep track of how many times it has been. I called it back one day and told them to fax info to my atty, because I am filing Bankruptcy. My atty never got any forms or documents from them. I got another phone call from them one day and they left a voicemail on my phone saying that if I did not call them back they were going to proceed with the investigation and lawsuit. I called them back again to tell them my atty did not receive any paperwork yet and when the man came on the line but it was hard to hear him there was a lot of static on the line. I kept asking for the name of the person who had left me a message and the man kept saying "who, who are you calling for?" I repeated myself several times and then the man said "shut up you fucking bitch and quit calling here!" "I am disconnecting this call now." Then he hung up on me. This is definitely a scam in my opinion. It worries me though, because they had the last four digits of my social security number, and they stated that on the phone. Might need to put a security freeze of our credit reports, etc...

got a call from so foreign sounding people who cam barely speak english saying that there was a law suit against me for a pay day loan that i havent paid i told them i never recieved money from them or anyone so if they wanted to talk about it come see me im person they hung up its a scam

Called saying that there was a lawsuit against me from advanced cash express and i had never received a loan from them... Call there bluff and tell them to take you to court they will hang up.
