Lowering credit card debt.
Gave thema ficticious credit card balance and after a while of run-arounds, they asked for the numebrs - gave them 2 numbers of dummy cards (pre-paid bank gift cards that both have 0.00 left on them) - legitimate numebrs and after gave these out, got a "we'll get back to you as soonas possible with an immediate hang-up - realyl hope they try to get money off them :)

Posing as credit card interest rate reduction business. Recorded message says press 1 if interested. When you press 1 and talk to a live person to tell them to quit calling your house, they hang up on you. When you dial their number, it clicks back to a dial tone.
