credit card rate reduction on caller id the number said CREDITCARD SERVICES THEY HAVE CALLED FOR MONTHS AND ON OCTOBER 12TH 2012 I REREGERSTED THIS NUMBER FOR NO CALLS SO AS OF NOVEMBER 13 I SHOULD GET NO CALLS BUT THE ARE DOING IT AGAIN THEY ONE DO IT OVER AND OVER PRIOR TO ME REGISTERING IT ON OCT 12TH AND ARE VERY RUDE WHEN I ASK THEM TO STOP CALLING MY MOTHER IS VERY ILL AND ELDERLY AND IT IS DISTURBING TO HER AND THEY ARE VERY TERRIBLE ITS AUTOMATED TILL YOU PUSH ONE THEN YOU INSTANTLY GET A LIVE PERSON I HAVE ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES TO STOP CALLING

A female voice instructed me to press 1 to learn more about credit card offer and stated it was my second notice. It was coercive but there was no other information or option, including opting out.
