Now this number is from some overseas call center where some dumb fillipino asks an apartment dweller if they want to buy solar panels

I received a call from this number and two others, claiming to be the IRS. Two numbers left a recorded voicemail threatening arrest. This is a SCAM. I have made a report to the DO NOT CALL federal registry who takes this seriously. Please do same if you get this kind of call. They need as much information as possible to track down these robocalls that seriously upset many people who do not realize it is a fake call.
Caller: Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
says from IRS need to call right back or they would take it as a negitive response. SPAM big time. IRS doesnt do phone calls its certified letters.
