I get calls almost daily from this company! This is the most recent number I've gotten from them, but there have been several different. They are unfriendly and inconsistent on the phone as well. They call early and late and even on holidays as yesterday was the fourth of July! I am so frustrated with this company!

Portfolio recovery. Never talk to them on the phone. If the have real, provable debt, they will contact you by mail.

Woke us up before 9 am at home on Saturday, 11/19/11. No message left. After reading this, I won't be answering or I'll hit the phone on then off. I get very few of these calls. I'd like to keep it that way. Thanks for this site, it's great!

This company, Portfolio Recovery, 412-282-1421, called my house at 10:32 10/28/2011 local time and never leave a message. I think the public has really caught on to them.

called my house and did not leave a message. From Pa with another number when earlier this week it was NY with a diffrent number. And before that it was from VirginiaI with another number. I will just add it to the long list OF all the numbers and states they use to harass people over "supposebly debts" that are 11 years old.

This company uses this area code from Pittsburgh,PA, it is just one of the many, many area codes that they use to make it seem like it is different companies calling.

these are the parasitic companies that are ruining peoples lives, siphoning off money from people defenseless to their illegal tactics, and the consumer protection agencies are too dumb to do anything.
