Attempted contact from this number with Carnegie, PA in ID - no message.
Other Carnegie PA numbers
July 26th 412-294-0597 Couldn't find anything of value to report back here.
But I am guessing since the numbers are so close that it is another Pittsburgh FOP (Frat Order of Police type call)
Though once I found one of the numbers below related to an IRS scam.

July 30th 412-294-0597 confirmed by others as a FOP call at 800 Notes.

July 17th 412-294-0589 (ID'd as telemarketers)
July 15th it was 412-294-0581 (just ID'd as a telemarketer)
July 4 it was also 412-294-0581
June 7 it was 412-294-0568

Just City and State in the ID is a suspected phishing call which = prank.
