Recorded message asking for personal information before they "can talk to you".
Upon a callback, they do not offer an option to be put on a do-not-call list, only to "call the number on the back of your card"
Several requests over the past year to remove this number from their call list have been ignored.
Time to attempt to stop them thru the do-not-call laws.
