Said he had a lawsuit against me. Could not undertand him, a foreigner. Going into collections. Did not say who was suing me.

I have received several "urgent" calls from this place. Some guy named Derek Anderson- and Bob and Peterson. This is a fraud, a scam, I don't even believe they are in the US. But they say they are the US Department Bureau of Investigations- legal department, saying I am being sued. But they didn't even know my name- when I said I was recording them and filing a suit against them- the man got rude and vulgar. I will go to the Police today, and the Attorney General tomorrow. THIS IS A SCAM, I HOPE NO ONE FALLS FOR IT!

I received a call from +1-412-360-8433. They told me that I was being sued by the US Government for an illegal loan and that if I didn't pay them they I would be liable for thousands of dollars in fines. When I told them I knew it was a scam and that I would report them to the FBI they threatened to kill me. They then called my phone number back continuously until I blocked them. (Fortunately I had called them with a computer phone rather than my cell phone.)

I did report them via the link on the FBI's website. Also, they should be getting a number of flight status notifications from some airlines which I would recommend that everyone do. ;-)

This person is calling from a Company Called American Legal Investigation claiming that I owe them money and I need to pay now or they will take legal action. I called this so called company back and the noise was so loud you could'nt here anything and they were laughing. This company is a fraud and they are getting people's personal information and calling and asking for money. This is not a joke and something needs to be done about these people.

Some guy claimed to be Officer Bill Barker called my home phone from 412-360-8433 saying that he was with the American Lawsuit Company and my social security number was being blocked by the American Government and if I didn't take care of this business I would be prosecuted. I don't know what they are talking about. I plan to call the district attorney.

This is not the first time they tried this. Called both the cell number and business number. Demanded that we pay for some payday loan. Fist time I called back to find out what this was about, was told to f- you and they hung up. Called again and was told when they could not "find" the record, to never call again unless I was human. Background noise tells me they are East Indian and this is a scam as many voices could be heard with many different "claims".

Suggest you contact your local police and or FBI Office to report this before anyone unknowingly pays this scam nest.

My friend received a call this morning at 1030am. She called me to let me know. Then I receieved a call at 5 with this foreign guy screaming at me on the voice mail. He said that there was a lawsuit pressed on my name and social security number and that if I dont call I will press charges. They left the number 412-360-8433 so I called it back. The guy seemed really confused when I threatened to press charges if they called again. He kept asking me my name. When I gave it to him he replied "OH WHAT A SEXY NAME" I have had enough, I hung up the dang phone. This is rediculous and it is clear to me that it is a scam to get your social security number. What I have been embarassed enough with my friend that I will continue to press charges. I have already gone to the distric attorney once, and was told to check my credit report, that if there was something it would be in there. I have perfect credit just checked yesterday, so my regards it is BOUGOUS!!!!!! Do not answer do not worry about any freakin lawsuit, it is probably 3 guys in a room with a tv on prank calling, thinking they are getting woman. Its really retarded, But I really have had enough, Im as mad as hell.I personaly think whoever mark johnson is should be prosecuted immediately.

i recieved a call from this number leaving a message saying they were an investigation company and that I was in big trouble for phone things and fraud and that I need to call them back because I was in big trouble and they didn't want anything bad to happen to me. Back round noise was really loud and I could hardly understand the person leaving the message. I believe he said to call a Mark Johnson back. I hit the wrong button by accident and deleted the message but if they call back I'm calling the police on them after reading these other messages!

412-360-8433 has called the last 2 days telling me I owe money to a payday agency. I have never gotten a payday loan so I try to get info from them. I told them I called local police & they told me they were goign to call my local police & have them "come & put you behind bars". We all know police don't do that for money owed! I try to get name & supv but they don't give. I told them to send me copy of bill and they said no! When I told them I was calling the police back, they told me they were goign to call loan company & check & hung up. They did the same thing yesterday. They asked for my birth date & other info & I refused to give them any info.

This guy continuously keeps calling my wife, at first in a threatening manner at times even screaming saying that there will be a criminal lawsuit against her if she doesn't pay 350 dollars to some payday loan company. At first my wife agreed and the wanted her to pay through western union, not money order, cash or check, WESTERN UNION. So I said they're trying to scam us. But that's not the worst part, the worst part is that towards the end of the conversation the man who spoke with a heavy indian accent, begun to hit on my wife, asking if she wanted to be his "Special Friend". If this is a company and not some guy living in habib india somewhere in his mom's basement trying to rip off americans, then this company is very unprofessional. I plan on taking this to the authorities right now.

they call me at 1 58 pm asking for pam who is my mom i heard about these scams i knew it was on because they always have a accent of some kind. i sked him what loan place was it and he gave me a phony name. and said that my mom owed them 256 dallors so i played as if i was her and he said i was getting sued for not paying but i my mom is on bankrupyso they sholdnt even call. i told him i wanted written and he said they sent it to my email. which u know it shold be sented by letter... i told him i was goin to call my attorney and i told him i will report them and he said good bye....i just now looked the number up it was fraud i knew it so i called them back and said that i was reporting them to the fedral commission and the police....and i hung up then.....they get on my nerves

I recieved a call from 052-797-926, THURSDAY @ 8.39 A.M. DECEMEBER 3, 2009. FROM A PERSON STATING HE WAS AN ATTORNEY WITH THE NAME OF

MARK JOHNSON


HE STATED HE WAS AN ATTORNEY AND WAS GATHERING INFORMATION ABOUT A LAW SUITE.

I asked for his full name ( I was checking things out on line as he was talking, for validation purposes) He only said "Mark Johnson" he was an attorney and gave me this phone number. 412-360-8433 .
I have no idea why was contacted.

His demenor is very derrogatory and disrespectful.

He wanted money for some bill. I requested that i be mailed a copy of said bill and he said that he would not do that.. I informed him that I would not pay anything over the phone that i did not have verifcation of owning in my hands in writing.with complete information as to whom the company was, what the item or service was, and when, and how much.

HE proceeded to call me SEVERAL NAMES.

i TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK THAT HE GAVE ME SEVERAL TIMES, ASKING FOR A SUPERVISOR.

EVERYONE THERE IS RUDE.....

IT SOUNDS LIKE A CALL CENTER.... NOT A PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR COLLECTIONS...
