Scarily enough, I've gotten so many calls from this number in the past that I recognized it even though I hadn't gotten one from this number in eight or nine months (but more than a dozed overall...).

I've calls from this number in the past. When I called back then I got Duquesne Light Company but it's NOT them making these calls. Got two more in a short space of time this evening which came up as "Robo Caller" on the caller ID, but also hung up after only 3 rings. Whitepages.com lists this # as belonging to a person (!) but the address listed is faked. Total scam!
