this number called my cell phone and said he was Sam Pearl,,, i hung up..

Caller Id showed 412 419 0540, no name or company. Did not answer,
I called the number from my cell phone: "All of our reps. are busy, we will get back to you in 24 hrs." My caller number block doesn't seem to work nor does the DNC list!
