Caller ID said SSI but caller didn't wait (or was blocked) and hung up after only two or three rings. I've also gotten a call from the same caller ID but from 412-426-3131. Reports that it's a Social Security scam or a survey company, but either way they're violating the Federal DNC list (and, since it's a 412 area code, the PA DNC list as well). I can't say for sure because the stupid caller hung up before I could get to the phone....
