Same recently happened to me. Same story, claimed to be moving from Australia but couldn't actually provide details about the dog. Ignore these people. I find it sad that people try to scam animal lovers.

This person contacted me by text, for someone else, provided an email claiming her friend needed pet sitting . She said she got my number from Care.com. It's a couple of scammers.
