Came up on the caller ID as "WEST PENN ALLE" [GHENY] so I answered. Some guy with a heavy Indian accent asked if I had gotten my "new" Medicare (Medicaid?) card yet. I said I'm not ON Medicare and he apologized and hung up. I then contacted their parent company Allegheny Health Network to report it and see if it was legit. Then got a callback from someone woman from "HIGHMARK DELAW[ARE]" who was trying to check to see if it really was a legit call and a legit West Penn/AGH/AGN number but couldn't tell for sure.... So she and I both sort figured it was some sort or spam (I'm not dumb enough to say I'm on Medicare to some random caller, whether I am on it or NOT...).
