Plays a prerecorded/robo message that claims to be The Fundraising Center. They have called from multiple numbers and won't stop. The carrier of the numbers, Twilio, won't stop this either and just claim the number is spoofed even though me getting the same robomessage when I call them from a different number is proof that the number is not spoofed. Report these calls to Inteliquent, who will tell you it is Twilio, then report to Twilio, and when Twilio does nothing, report to the FCC and FTC. Apparently Twilio was issued a cease and desist by the FCC this year for illegal robocalls.
